PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED 8 SEPTEMBER 2026

Your work belongs to your learning.

This notice describes the current free beta. The site operator provides the learning workspace; authentication and hosting also involve platform providers.

What this site stores

When you sign in, a site-specific account identifier connects your progress, quiz answers, bookmarks, preferences, notes, code drafts, and project evidence. Support requests include the text you submit, a page path, timestamps, status, and the owner’s reply. The optional learner pilot saves a random test code with your learning records. If you submit pilot feedback, your answers and the check status shown on that page are sent as a private support request; the feedback form is not draft-saved. The application does not need your ChatGPT conversations or account password.

ChatGPT sign-in supplies a verified identity and email. The site uses the stable identifier for record ownership. The owner’s verified contact is used once to bind the owner console to its stable account identity. It is not published as a learner directory.

Guest work and code execution

Guest work is temporary browser-tab storage. It is not a durable account. After signing in, you can choose to import guest records into empty account fields; existing saved fields take priority. You can also discard it.

Python exercises execute in a worker on your device. Code drafts are still saved to the site when you are signed in. Do not enter API keys, passwords, customer information, or confidential material into course fields.

Optional usage analytics

Usage analytics is off by default and requires an explicit choice in Your learning data. If enabled, the site records a small set of events: active day, orientation start/completion, first exercise pass, lab pass, and evidence export. Each includes your site identifier, a bounded feature or curriculum identifier, and a timestamp. These records are pseudonymous, not anonymous.

Event payloads do not include note text, code, support messages, or email. Turning analytics off deletes your existing event records. Events older than 90 days are removed when another analytics event is processed. This site does not add third-party advertising trackers.

Access and retention

Learner records are scoped to the signed-in account. The site owner can read and reply to support requests and see aggregate beta activity. The owner console does not expose learners’ notes or code. Operational access to the hosted service may be necessary for maintenance.

Learning records and support conversations remain until you delete your site data. Limited request counters help protect the service from excessive writes. Authentication and hosting providers may process cookies, network information, security logs, and backups under their own policies and retention arrangements.

Export, delete, or ask a question

Your learning data offers a full account export and deletion. Deletion removes the application’s active learning records, support conversations, optional analytics, and temporary work in the current tab. It also invalidates previous write sessions so stale tabs cannot restore deleted drafts.

It does not delete your ChatGPT account, downloads you kept, or provider-controlled security logs and backups. To raise a privacy concern, sign in and select “A privacy or data request” on Help & feedback. Replies appear there. There is no guaranteed response time during the free beta.

Platform information

This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. For platform practices, see the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. This notice describes the application and does not replace those policies.
